At Nisht , we strive to deliver premium quality with every order. However, in case you need a size or product exchange, please read our policy below carefully:

📦 Exchange Only – No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Exchanges are available only once per order.

🔁 Exchange Window

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

    • The item must be unused, in its original condition with tags intact.

    🚚 How to Request an Exchange

    1. Email us at studiouibok@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for exchange.

    2. Our team will verify and provide the return address.

    3. Once we receive the item, we’ll ship the replacement.

    ⚠️ Please Note:

    • Exchange requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

    • Refunds will not be issued for any reason including size, preference, or delay due to courier services.

    • Prepaid order discounts do not carry forward to exchanged products unless agreed.
